Our Story

Hanabi means fireworks in Japanese — a burst of flavour, colour and occasion. That idea sits behind our kitchen in Meridian Place: precise sushi made for London guests who want something better than a rushed takeaway.

We began as a small family table and grew into a neighbourhood restaurant known for fresh fish, generous bento and a welcome that works equally well for a weekday lunch or a Friday evening booking.
